(1st Class), M.A., History, M.A., Education ( 1st Class), B.T. (1st Class), Yoga Edu. (1st Class), Ph.D.. His father, Ranjit Kumar Sarkar is an Educationist and Mother's name is Late Anjali Sarkar. He has participated in a number of National & International Conference on Geography & Yoga. He has written 65 Books on different topics. His notable works being "Bharatar Sadhinata Andolan : Patabhumi Bankura", "Bankurar Sarbik Samiksha", "Tourism in Jharkhand" Bhugol Shiksha for Higher Education.
