Rural Socio Economic Development in Manipur

Manipur is a state of comprising more than 70 percent of total population in rural. The uneven socio-economic development of rural and urban areas have caused limited capability of rural economy associated with a large pool of surplus labour pushed in towns and cities. This situation needs to divert of rural-urban migration to rural areas through proper development of rural socio-economic infrastructure and basic amenties by creating income generating means of access. \n \nThis book will conspicuously give a practical emphasis to highlight the inter-village as well as inter-district imbalance socio-economic development in rural areas.
